Termite Inspections

Help protect your biggest investment with a professional termite inspection by a state-certified inspector. Our comprehensive inspection covers the interior and exterior, including any safe and accessible crawl spaces and attic areas as well as decking, fencing, and landscaping adjacent to the foundation. We will inspect for termites and other wood destroying insects such as carpenter ants, carpenter bees, old house borer, and powder post beetles. Following the inspection, we will advise you regarding any condusive conditions and provide a written report of any findings to resolve a current infestation or to prevent future infestations.

Liquid Treatment

This treatment consists of establishing a treated zone around a structure's foundation. There is no repellant that termites sense, so they continue to function as usual, crossing through the treated zone. Once the termites have come in contact with the treated zone or any other termite that has come in contact with the termiticide product, they become contaminated and will eventually die. Ultimately, the process can achieve total colony elimination.

Monitoring & Baiting

Termite in-ground stations are strategically placed around the exterior perimeter of the foundation. If there are any active termite shelter tubes or mud tunnels above ground, the use of above ground stations can be mounted directly on them to speed up the feeding process required to eliminate the colony. In some cases it's necessary to perform localized liquid treatments with a monitoring/baiting program.

Pre-Construction Service

Whether building something new or adding an addition onto an existing structure, it is important to protect your investment. Termites only need 1/64th of an inch to get in. Having pressure treated lumber is not sufficient, and it is imperative that a pre-construction treatment be ordered and performed. Give us the square footage, type of foundation, and a copy of your blueprints to ensure the best coverage. Lenders require a builder's guarantee form and a new construction subterranean termite soil treatment record, which we issue once the work is done and payment is received.
