Monitoring & Baiting
Termite in-ground stations are strategically placed around the exterior perimeter of the foundation. If there are any active termite shelter tubes or mud tunnels above ground, the use of above ground stations can be mounted directly on them to speed up the feeding process required to eliminate the colony. In some cases it's necessary to perform localized liquid treatments with a monitoring/baiting program.
Whether building something new or adding an addition onto an existing structure, it is important to protect your investment. Termites only need 1/64th of an inch to get in. Having pressure treated lumber is not sufficient, and it is imperative that a pre-construction treatment be ordered and performed. Give us the square footage, type of foundation, and a copy of your blueprints to ensure the best coverage. Lenders require a builder's guarantee form and a new construction subterranean termite soil treatment record, which we issue once the work is done and payment is received.
