Barrett Pest guys were the real deal. First and always best - they are local! They showed up on time, and were very thorough and professional in explaining what they do. They also had a really good prep sheet for us - in order for the treatment to be effective there was some cleaning that needed to be done. They had a list that they gave us at their initial inspection that said exactly what needed to be done before they got there. I had questions in between treatments - I was able to call and get them answered on a couple different occasions.
